On Wednesday 16 September, the Top 14 clubs voted to refer the matter to the Conseil d’État in their dispute with the FFR – French Rugby Federation.

Indeed, unless an amicable solution is reached by Monday 21 September, the clubs concerned, as well as the National Rugby League, have decided to refer the matter to the highest administrative court to resolve their disagreement over the length of time France’s rugby union internationals are to be released for the international window from 24 October to 6 December 2020.
