Information provided to the firm

Information you provide by email, telephone or post is used to assess your enquiry, respond to you and prepare any potential engagement.

This processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, the firm’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or its legal and professional obligations.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for a maximum of three years after your last exchange, unless retention is necessary to fulfil an obligation or defend a right. Client matters are covered by a separate privacy notice.

03

Hosting and security

The website uses ChatGPT Sites, provided by OpenAI Ireland Ltd, and its technical infrastructure, including Cloudflare.

Connection data, including your IP address, may be processed to display pages, ensure the website functions properly and prevent malicious access. Retention depends on technical and security requirements and the service provider’s rules.

These services may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards set out in the Sites data processing agreement.

Data is accessible only to authorised persons and service providers, according to their needs. It is not sold.

04

Cookies and external links

The firm has not added any advertising or audience measurement tools to the website.

Cookies necessary for security may be used.

Links to LinkedIn, Instagram and other external websites open services governed by their own privacy policies. No external social media feed is loaded automatically.

05

Publications and archives

Publications may mention individuals or include photographs taken in a professional or public setting. They are retained to provide information about the firm’s activities and background, with due regard for the rights of those concerned.

06
