Fees

Fees are determined according to the nature and complexity of the matter, the work anticipated and the terms of the engagement.

Unless an exception provided by law applies, a written fee agreement sets out the scope of the engagement, the amount or basis of calculation of fees, and any additional costs and disbursements.
