Proven knowledge of sports governance

A member of the Paris Bar since 2007, Joëlle Monlouis developed her business law practice, notably at leading international law firms, before making sport the focus of her work.

Secretary General of the French Football Federation and a member of its Executive Committee since December 2024, Joëlle Monlouis holds executive office in French football. This elected role remains separate from her legal practice.

This background underpins an approach attentive to the economic, institutional and operational interests of each matter. It enables her to advise sports stakeholders on governance decisions, contractual relationships and the defence of their interests.

Her practice focuses primarily on federations, sports organisations and businesses in the sector. She also advises clubs and athletes on their professional activities and business ventures.
