The ACE Sports Law Committee, co-chaired by Claudia Massa and Joëlle Monlouis, with Thierry CHIRON as Vice-Chair, organised this event.
Opening the symposium, Ms Amélie OUDÉA-CASTÉRA, Minister for Sport and the Olympic and Paralympic Games, addressed participants to express her five convictions concerning athletes’ freedom of expression in society generally, and at major sporting events in particular.
