Noël Le Graët, President of the FFF – French Football Federation since 2011 and a current member of the FIFA Council, was appointed on Thursday 27 January as Mr Gianni Infantino’s delegate for the Paris offices of the organisation, whose headquarters are in Zurich, Switzerland.

He “will be responsible for representing the FIFA President in Paris”.

The Paris office, inaugurated at the Hôtel de la Marine in June 2021, will be responsible for “relations with member associations and technical cooperation to support football development”, according to the FFF. It will also house a “clearing house”, responsible in particular for solidarity mechanisms.
