The Minister of Labour, Elisabeth Borne, wishes to postpone the deadline for transferring training entitlements.
Since 1 January 2019, the personal training account (CPF) has been credited in euros rather than hours. Recovering the funds from the former individual right to training (DIF) therefore enabled employees to gain a few additional years before reaching their CPF limit, giving them time to undertake training.
It is clear that people starting or acquiring businesses underuse their individual training entitlement (DIF) at the pivotal business creation stage. This is all the more regrettable because certain formats are particularly well suited to their needs, including the bespoke, one-to-one training we offer. These would give project leaders all the information they need to underpin the strategic choices involved in starting or acquiring a business, such as the choice of legal structure, shareholders’ agreement, and so on.
Be vigilant: unless the deadline is extended, entitlements not transferred to your CPF will be lost.
