CAS has just upheld in full the decision taken on 16 January 2019 by the International Bobsleigh Federation, which provisionally suspended former Russian bobsleigh pilot Alexander Zubkov and his teammates for their involvement in the institutionalised doping system established by Russia at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Games.
These manipulations also led to Russia being banned from major competitions.
As a reminder, the driver’s urine samples had been falsified through the proven involvement of Moscow’s intelligence services.
