The dozens of leaders of large companies who had committed, 2 years ago, in a tribune signed by the ministers Agnès Pannier-Runacher and Marlène Schiappa Bruguière, to do everything possible to instil parity in French companies renew their call and promise to accelerate the movement by setting quotas for women in high positions.

Convinced that the economic emancipation of women is a powerful lever for economic growth and social stability, they want to reach a minimum of 30% of women in the 10% of positions of greatest responsibility in SBF120 companies and a minimum increase of 2 % per year of the rate of women among executives.

Although the proportion of women is increasing in management bodies, things are not moving fast enough. They call, as a result, to set quantified objectives, the quotas having been proven.

"This fight for economic equality and the visibility of women constitutes a humanist and republican commitment" that must be maintained at all costs.
