When African arbitration 🙋🏽 is put in the spotlight, it seems essential to us to remember that there are also significant advances to highlight.

Salima Mukansanga has become the first woman to referee an AFCON match, taking charge of the match between Guinea and Malawi last Monday.

The evolution of women in refereeing continues to advance; Lydia Tadesse was the first woman to officiate during a match of an official CAF men's competition, and Stéphanie Frappart was the first woman to referee during a Euro male competition.

The referee is thus on the right track. Would women be the future of football ⚽️?
